Music can raise or lower energy, depending on the purpose of the music. I use music during my meditations, in the morning. I have a specific playlist on my Windows media player just for that.
I listen to anything and everything, as long as it has some key elements to it. A good beat, some type of lyrical content to it, and it has to make me "feel" something. There is not much top 40 music that does this for me, on the radio today.
I listen to a podcast called "A Darker Shade of Pagan" and it has open doors for me, to what type of dark wave music is out there, since this is the type of music I really enjoy. I have tons of music to fit my various moods. |
